What to expect
Daily or hourly plug-in resource
This is my most popular plug-in service and I usually:
Allocate specific slots in my week to your business so you always know when I’m working
Ask for access to your project management tools so you can track my progress and activity
Attend calls, briefing sessions and ask questions about the work that needs completing
Crack on without the need to be managed
Advise on where things might be improved or where I can add additional value
Provide a roundup of work completed at the end of every day
Fixed term projects
We’ll start with your brief and then:
Work up a project plan (if you don’t already have one) and plug this into your project management tool
Plot check in points
Work backwards from your launch date
Begin to execute the plan
Full project overview and analysis on completion
Final project handover
Temporary team cover
It usually helps to have a handover from the team member that’s leaving, then we can:
Arrange access to everything that I need
Plug me in to your business
Let me work with as many or as few check-ins that you need
Full handover to the team member when they come back
Consultancy retainer
We’ll pre-agree some time with me and then:
Work very similarly to the day or hourly rate
Tackle your specific marketing challenges

Nope! I am happy to consider contracts of any length.

That’s OK, we can usually resolve this in our initial calls before we start working together. I can advise how long specific tasks or projects will take me to complete.

No work will begin until a signed contract is in place and everyone is happy to make a start. Client confidentiality is paramount to me and I am really happy to sign NDA agreements where appropriate.

Depending on current contract lengths and availability, I can give you an idea of a start date over a virtual cuppa.
