Boston Tea Party

Boston Tea Party is an iconic British café chain on a mission to serve delicious food and drinks that are ethically sourced. You may have heard of them since they were the first café to ban single use cups in 2018 in an effort to encourage use of the reusable cup, at the time of writing, they’ve stopped 906, 654 cups from going to landfill.

In 2022, I was lucky enough to support this brand whilst some new team members were being recruited with the following activity:

  • Creating a customer journey for their email marketing tool - Airship

  • Mapping out the customer email marketing journey to increase loyalty, rewards and repeat visits

  • Creating automated email marketing journeys for new sign ups, birthdays and repeat visits

  • Working with Airship to test capacity of the system

In 2023 and 2024, I have been supporting their Sales and Marketing Manager with coaching and mentoring sessions.

Lucy Archard, Sales and Marketing Manager

“Glenda has supported Boston Tea Party in a variety of ways over the last few years, particularly our CRM, including strategy, journeys, and copywriting. Additionally, Glenda has mentored me over the last few months, and her advice and guidance has been invaluable. She's supported on everything from creating a brand strategy, to menu optimisation and agency briefs, as well as wider skills such as managing a larger team and stepping up into a new role. She is super knowledgeable on all things hospitality and F&B marketing, and able to provide real insight on a wide range of topics.

I look forward to continuing to work with Glenda and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and Bloom Marketing."
