  • It depends on how much we need to audit, but a website audit should take no longer than a day of my time, for example.

  • My process for auditing will be clearly outlined in your report with details of what was found and what might need to be addressed. All of the audits come with a full list of recommendations from ‘most urgent’ to ‘nice to have.’ To reassure you, if something needs urgently addressing, I will contact you before the report is completed.

  • No work will begin until a signed contract is in place and everyone is happy to make a start. Client confidentiality is paramount to me and I am really happy to sign NDA agreements where appropriate.

  • Depending on current contract lengths and availability, I can give you an idea of a start date over a virtual cuppa.
