Formed by Mark McCulloch, Hospitality Rising is an industry movement and world class marketing campaign design to attract new people into the hospitality sector by showcasing some of the amazing brands and what they have to offer as career opportunities.

Something that spoke to my soul if you know a bit about me! The idea that the hospitality sector is experiencing recruitment struggles is upsetting, especially when the sector is the third biggest UK employer.

I can’t take any credit for the campaign at all, but have been delighted to donate just a little bit of my time to it, supporting Lesley and the team with ad hoc support including reviewing vox pop clips for use on social media.
